Incident Response Consultant - Manchester - Up to £75K
The company: A leading North-West based IT Security and Digital Forensics specialist with over 100 employees and expanding due to continued success. A very well-respected organisation with an excellent reputation within the industry who believe creating a company culture which values each member of staff as an individual is the best way to grow and expand the team
The role: The successful Head of Incident Response will be the first member of the team and will have the scope to grow, drive and build the team as they see fit. The main content of the role will be Office 365 Business email compromises. The client needs to know how these cyber incidents happened and ways to fix them. You will lead on the investigation, triage and remediation, as well as conduct more proactive threat hunting.
Leading and mentoring the development of future members of the team will be a key part of the role.Skills:
- Office 365 Breaches expert
- 3 Years of experience
- Good Leadership skills and be able to manage a team
- Excellent client facing skills
- Able to relay to clients how breaches have happened
Nice to have skills:
- Commercial experience (but not essential)
- Management experience
- GIAC Certifications
